The best way to enhance a taste experience is to forge a connection with its origins: the growers, fishermen, and farmers who create the ingredients. This is a restaurant that understands that connection and is humble enough to communicate it to diners. A few kilometers down from Ti Trin Ned is their farm, Himmerigskov, where a large part of the vegetables, fruits, and herbs served at the restaurant are grown.
