360°EAT GUIDE is funded by partners, not by restaurants and hotels or other companies being assessed. Partners have no insight into the jury’s work or involvement in influencing either nominations or deciding winners.
When a guest walks into a hotel or arrives to eat in a restaurant, they have expectations on all the elements that make up the experience ; they anticipate good food, a comfortable night’s sleep, attentive service and an attractive setting.
We help make it possible for hoteliers and restaurateurs to meet those expectations and to deliver that experience, with sustainable and high quality textiles and impeccable service.
Berendsen offers textiles as a service, with sustainability and circularity at its very core, for hotels and restaurants as well as other public and private organizations of all sizes, across all sectors.
KRAV is Sweden’s most well-known sustainability label for food. KRAV drives the development of organic and sustainable foods. KRAV-labelled products are produced using organic agricultural methods and have especially rigorous requirements, beyond those of EU organic regulations, for animal welfare, climate, health, and social responsibility. The KRAV-label for restaurants can only be used by KRAV-certified restaurants and has three levels that shows how much of the total purchase values is approved food.

Arla’s journey of learning
The Arla Unika products are developed in cooperation with passionate dairymen, experimental product developers, skilled chefs and innovative entrepreneurs. In this cooperation, we find the inspiration and competencies needed to develop innovative dairy products at the highest culinary level.
Together, we conceive ideas, test our way ahead, get inspired, and try again and again. Until we have created an Unika.
Today, the purpose of Arla Unika is the same as it was back in 2002, when we embarked on this journey of learning. We want to take dairy to world-class culinary levels in cooperation with the very best chefs.
