Constantly broadening their horizons
PM & Vänner is a hotel, bakery, lunch spot, and fine dining restaurant — as well as proprietor of a top-notch wine cellar where Rubén Sanz Ramiro is responsible for purchasing and selection. The menu is a tribute to the farmers and growers of the surrounding Växjö area, who play a main role throughout the gastronomic experience at PM & Vänner. Restaurateur Per Bengtsson and his team are on a constant journey of discovery and are good at pushing themselves to improve, constantly looking for new suppliers and products. Most recently, they’ve begun collaborating with the biodynamic dairy farm Solmarka Gård in Kalmar and now make both their own yogurt and cream from the milk it provides them.
