At PM & Vänner, they embrace their Småland heritage, where forest, field, and lake are their three main pillars. The menu is regional, with the food being presented in-depth, giving the guests more insight into the origin and craftsmanship behind each dish. At PM & Vänner, they also make a great deal of space for their selection of beverages. Their wine cellar is one of the most extensive ones in Sweden, with over 5000 wines encompassing various styles, regions, producers, and vintages. The non-alcoholic options lean more towards being organic. Together with Malva Gård, Småland’s first KRAV-certified cider factory, they developed a unique style of bottling which you can find in their hotel minibars, bistro, bar, and bakery. Even the tables, chairs, and other furnishings, even the glasses, are sourced in collaboration with local producers.
