På Skissernas
Reaching new heights
Being a neighbor — even sharing a house — with the Museum of Sketches for Public Art, which has one of the world’s largest collections of sketches, seems to place certain artistic expectations on the restaurant. And it certainly lives up to them. Dishes are seasonal, creative, and often aesthetically pleasing. There’s nothing unnecessary on the plate, and everything feels stripped down and natural, like the Scandinavian interior of the dining room. It features a small, tight menu to minimize food waste. It mainly serves seasonal Swedish ingredients and produces its own non-alcoholic drinks in-house.
Summary:
• Mostly Swedish ingredients
• A lot of Swedish and natural wines on the wine list
• Large range of non-alcoholic beverages made in-house
• Organic coffee that supports equal production and good working conditions
