The Museum of Artistic Process and Public Art is a cultural ornament located in the center of the old student town of Lund. Here, you can find the world’s most extensive collection of sketches, models, and originals of Swedish and international art. Although the size of the kitchen sometimes makes compromise necessary, the museum restaurant maintains high ambitions. Local produce comes first. They mostly source produce from southern Sweden, occasionally moving beyond the Nordic borders. Their beverages include organic or biodynamic wines and beer from local producers, such as Brygghuset Finn in Landskrona and Rocket Brewing in Malmö. Their non-alcoholic beverage package includes juices, lemonades, and cider from Tosterups Gård. A rustic and straightforward gastronomy with a distinctly aesthetic expression.
