Vibrant yet peaceful
A visit to Tri feels revitalizing, even though the whole concept, with its interior design, ingredients, and gastronomy, feels low-key and peaceful — almost reverent. Tri is located in a small village on the west coast of Jutland. The menu reflects the unique landscape surrounding the restaurant, which includes the North Sea and the Limfjord inlet, and is characterized by locally-sourced ingredients, many of which the chefs handpick themselves. We enjoyed vegetables, herbs, flowers, oysters, ducks, and geese. It’s a living gastronomy that’s responsible and delicious at the same time.
