Organic farm at the heart
Nordic gastronomy takes center stage at the Stallen restaurant, located in an old stable house in Oslo. Sebastian Myhre may run one of Oslo’s smallest restaurants, but his ambitions and ability are among the grandest. Although the menu is extensive, with up to 25 dishes, the standard is remarkably high. No weak points, no pitfalls — the kitchen delivers one good dish after another! The heart of the operation is its organic farm, which is about 40 minutes away and where everyone who works at the restaurant pitches in.
