Mathias Dahlgren is back with a new restaurant after the closure of the luxury vegetarian restaurant Rutabaga. Newly opened Seafood Gastro mainly focuses on the aquatic, i.e., ingredients that live in or near seas and lakes. The menu includes everything from fish and shellfish to algae, seabirds, and shoreline plants. This is a natural, vibrant gastronomy that serves beautiful, tasty dishes based on exclusive ingredients.
