The website says as little as necessary. If you want to know more about ingredients and their origin, please ask the staff. A relaxed attitude permeates most of this relatively newly opened restaurant in the heart of Soho. The food is simple, rustic, well-prepared, Mediterranean-inspired, and rooted in a belief that the quality of flavors is tied directly to the quality of ingredients. Much revolves around the stone oven’s ability to conjure up the best from the ingredients, which we have no argument against! The small dishes that come out of the kitchen are tasty, and many are meant to be shared between the guests. The open kitchen creates an infectious energy that rubs off on the staff and guests in the dining room.
