Kvitnes Gård
In harmony with nature
At Kvitnes gård, it’s the range of ingredients that sets the menu. No two days are the same, which they make clear to their guests. This is vibrant cooking that follows the seasons and the whims of nature, just as it should be. They are essentially self-sufficient for meat, vegetables, and eggs all year round. The fish served is local and caught by line fishing. Most of the non-alcoholic drinks are made in-house with raw materials from the farm.
