Natural wines rule the menu
Jaja is an institution of natural wines in Berlin. They’re as knowledgeable about wine as they are about sustainability, which is part of the restaurant’s DNA. The menu is seasonal and features fruit and vegetables from their own farm located just over an hour outside of Berlin, particularly during the summer month. At Jaja, it’s important to support, care for, and represent the diversity and work that local farmers and growers carry out. It’s a mission that they take very seriously.
