Färna Herrgård has come a long way in its sustainability efforts, in every conceivable manner, and we are impressed by the drive and sense of purpose. Färna Herrgård’s sustainability policy is detailed and clear, with visions and goals for economic, social, and ecological sustainability. There is also a documented policy for offensive and harassing acts, including consequences. Staff are given ample training opportunities in everything from leadership and skills development to beverage knowledge. The gastronomy feels well-rooted in the local soil, along with a high proportion of organic ingredients and a curiosity for serving the unusual parts of animals.
