One of the area’s most interesting new establishments is the small French-inspired bistro Bar Montan. This is a modern kitchen that celebrates traditional and time-tested methods of food preservation and cooking. It’s vibrant, fun, and very tasty! Anyone who wants to be guided by the menu will be disappointed. Here, they’re often content with listing just the main ingredient.
