The Artisan Copenhagen

The Artisan Copenhagen is a coffee bar located just by the lakes in Copenhagen with one mission: to share their passion for coffee responsibly. “We avoid using single-use plastic and paper as much as possible, and when we do, we separate the trash so it can be recycled. We designed our whole coffee-bean packaging to be easily sorted: plastic and cardboard can be reused or recycled.”

They strongly believe in the high quality and purity of organic ingredients, and therefore, most of the ingredients and suppliers they work with are organic. However, they prioritize quality over solely focusing on organic labels. “The growers of the coffee are located in the northern region of Perú, who we deal with directly.”
