Ristet Rug is previously rewarded with the Danish state-controlled label scheme “The Organic Food Label.” The silver label shows that they use about 85% organic raw materials, and they’re constantly working to become more organic and sustainable. “In addition to organic and biodynamic goods, reducing food waste, buying sustainable packaging and workwear, we also deliver a large part of our catering orders by bicycle.”
