At Original coffee, all food is organic, respecting each ingredient and working their very best to treat it with respect. “We have been making employees aware of our food waste. Two years ago, we realized that the milk waste after heating milk for lattes and cappuccinos was huge. Therefore, we included this knowledge in the training program. Now all of the new baristas train their awareness around it from the beginning” Original Coffee is constantly exploring new ways of being more sustainable and are currently working on a collaboration with Kaffe Bueno, who can upcycle coffee grounds into oil, which is used in different beauty products and soaps.
