Cafe Kosmos works with an entirely vegan and organic concept. With the dream of making vegan and organic food available for everyone, they want to show that it doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating. They wanted to create a space in Odense where sustainability is the main attraction. Together with small local brands and producers, all with a great passion for their products, they’ve created a space where their values are not compromised: to be sustainable all the way through.
