360°Eat Guide is the first restaurant and hotel guide that evaluates both gastronomy and sustainability in an integrated assessment based on both a regular visit and an interview with the responsible chef. The criteria are transparent, just like the people included in the jury.
Today’s restaurant guests are looking for a new form of restaurant criticism that doesn’t only rate the food on our plate, but also evaluates matters regarding sustainability. We are running out of time. The food we eat affects the climate, both short- and long term. Restaurants need to take greater responsibility. And as restaurant guests, we need to increase our demands.
