360°EAT GUIDE is a guide with three purposes.

1) We want to guide restaurant guests to restaurants that show a commitment and knowledge of issues related to sustainability, which ALSO offer a high level of gastronomy; innovation, craftsmanship, respect for the ingredient, treatment of guests, and other more conventional points of assessment. The taste experience is always the most important thing when visiting a restaurant.

2) We want to contribute to the restaurants themselves, becoming more engaged and well-read in sustainable gastronomy. We want to show how others think and act — how others succeed in weaving sustainability as a natural part of their cooking. There is not just one truth, there are several ways to take responsibility for issues related to sustainability.

3) We want to be clear that sustainability is not just about the environment and climate — but also about economic and social issues. If we are to succeed in attracting new, younger girls and boys to the industry — we must show that this is an open and safe industry that allows young people to grow and develop.
