360°Eat Guide is a restaurant guide, where named jury members will assess restaurants in the Nordic region, based on how they work with sustainability and gastronomy. We believe in openness, not secrecy. Therefore the members of the jury are named, and the criteria are public for all to read.
Today’s restaurant guests are looking for a new form of restaurant criticism that doesn’t only rate the food on our plate, but also evaluates matters regarding sustainability. We are running out of time. The food we eat affects the climate, both short- and long term. Restaurants need to take greater responsibility. And as restaurant guests, we need to increase our demands.
