360° Eat Guide is a new restaurant guide, where named jury members will rate about 250 restaurants in the Nordic region. We believe in openness, not secrecy. This is why the members of the jury are named. This is why the criteria are made public. This is why feedback to the restaurants is concrete and honest.
Today’s restaurant guests are looking for a new form of restaurant criticism that doesn’t only rate the food on our plate, but also evaluates matters regarding sustainability. We are running out of time. The food we eat affects the climate, both short- and long term. Restaurants need to take greater responsibility. And as restaurant guests, we need to increase our demands.
