Expect the unexpected
In 2018 the two friends Jonas Lagerström och Danny Falkeman joined forces. The aim was to open a fine dining restaurant which was the opposite to stiff and pretentious, and the rest is history. Behind a Klein-blue door lies a cosy universe occupied by chefs only, who rotate chores and experiment with flavours from all over the globe. However, don’t be fooled by the playful approach, this is a place where all that matters, from service and gastronomic excellence to sustainability and working conditions, is taken extremely seriously.
