Pastis, Resto Bar, and Locale 21 form a trio of restaurants created by restaurateurs Mikkel Egelund and Morten Kaltoft. While there are similarities among them, Pastis leans toward French cuisine, while the latter two are passionate about Italian food. The cooking is down-to-earth, authentic, and ingredient-driven. The ambiance and service are just as important as the food—personal, relaxed, and casually nonchalant.
