An enriching experience
In an intimate hangout that used to house the Michelin-starred Relæ, we find a new addition to Copenhagen’s ever-expanding, Italian food scene. The aim is to serve up the flavors of Neapolitan “poor man’s-cuisine” in a trattoria atmosphere, using traditional methods such as featuring day old bread or pasta in a new dish. Indeed, prices are moderate and the kitchen works in an old-school, zero-waste manner. The food, however, is generous and hearty with a modern twist, adding to an overall impression that is anything but poor.
