An exclusive culinary destination
Hidden away in the woods with a view of a lake, Signum presents an evocative tasting menu combining the four elements earth, fire, air and water. Chef and owner Thomas Sjögren’s restaurant attracts not only food lovers but also the most environmentally aware fishermen, hunters and growers in the region. The menu and ingredients reflect the Swedish seasons, with a substantial part of the ingredients, including seaweed, stemming from the restaurant’s own cultivations. The range of flavours, however, stretches all the way to Asia and beyond.
