Just ten minutes outside Skövde, Karstorp Säteri, which dates back to the 1600s, welcomes guests with rural luxury and a restaurant where you’ll find plenty of locally sourced ingredients on the menu. A close dialogue with guests makes it possible to plan purchases and menu items to minimize food waste.

In the triangle between Falköping, Skara, and Skövde, there is a large red barn that houses both an art gallery and a restaurant. Here, you can enjoy simple seasonal dishes in surroundings that stimulate all your senses.
