A home away from home
This social and gastronomic hub in the northern town of Umeå has been hard at work finding new ways to collaborate with local entrepreneurs, including lamb producers and vegetable growers. The kitchen has a strong emphasis on minimizing food waste, and to offer a safe and inclusive workplace. Although there haven’t been any major changes since our recent visit, the food quality has gone up; the menu is a pure and simplistic display of the gastronomic treasure chest that is North Sweden.
