Beyond comparison
Since 2022 Filip Gemzell has been redefining the concept of sustainable dining, whilst fine-tuning one of Sweden’s most interesting, gastronomic destinations. However, to open a highly ambitious, fine dining restaurant in the middle of nowhere (or more specifically, in the south-Swedish countryside) has required a whole team of creative individuals such as Ann-Catrine Johansson, responsible for the drinking experience and service. The tasting menu plays homage to the surrounding meadows and woods, and the location is simply breathtaking.
