Just a five-minute bike ride from Remy, their own small garden provides the kitchen with flowers, herbs, and vegetables. When not sourced directly from the garden, ingredients come from the Zurich area or, if needed, from elsewhere in Switzerland. The cuisine at Remy, celebrating its 2nd anniversary, focuses on a balance of salt, sweetness, and umami, with well-honed techniques. Lunches are delightful, but it’s in the evening when the kitchen truly excels.
