“Ett Hem” means “a home”, and how we’d love to fill our lives with friends this stylish, considerate and generous! The gastronomy at the discrete luxury hotel and restaurant is rustic and honest, perfectly matching the arts-and-crafts ambience of the house. It’s a prime example of slow, nose-to-tail cooking based on local ingredients in season, where almost nothing goes to waste and everything, down to the butter, is created in-house. The staff knows its produce and presents it to the guests with obvious knowledge and pride.
