The restaurant opened in 2023 with the mission to deliver an outstanding experience to their guests, without compromising on sustainability. The good news is, by skillfully combining superb ingredients with techniques such as fermentation and dry aging, perhaps adding a pinch of Asian creativity, you can have it both ways.
