With a dynamic and highly skilled kitchen team, and a stunning location in Stockholm’s most exclusive part, Petri seems to have found a recipe for success. However, it doesn’t end here. Owner and head chef Petter Nilsson has made the brave decision to focus on local vegetables in season, with meat and seafood as an extra. This also allows for the seven-course “Petrichor”-menu to be surprisingly reasonably priced. The wine list consists of carefully selected bottles from small producers, and the non-alcoholic pairing deserves a special mention.
