A family affair
Nektar is run by couple Embla Brorsson and Eric Seger, and their willingness to welcome you into their extended family is unmistakable. The menu consists of refined, mediterranean comfort food based on local ingredients, and the wine list is dominated by small, environmentally conscious winemakers. Since our last visit, the restaurant has made an effort to connect with small producers in the region, and to improve the work-life balance for the staff. A welcoming neighborhood restaurant with a higher-than-average level of ambition.
