A room with a view
With a breathtaking view of central Stockholm, you are invited to share a dinner focusing on Swedish classics with 200 other guests. While the size of the restaurant presents certain challenges, credit is due to the kitchen for maintaining a “small restaurant” ethos in such a large setting. This philosophy includes a close relationship to small, organic farms in the region, with a strong emphasis on vegetables in season, with the origin often highlighted in the menu.
Sustainability highlights

- Put serious time and energy into staff training
