Continues to push limits
In this small universe, with a stunning view of Stockholm and photo art covering the walls, nothing seems impossible. The restaurant has always been a circular pioneer, and now the limits have been pushed even further. Chili thrives in the hydroponic cultivation system and the inhouse charcuterie production has been upscaled. All ingredients are meticulously chosen; for example, only seafood contributing to cleaning the oceans ends up on the plates. The list goes on, but ultimately, it’s the flavours and atmosphere that want you to return.
