This lakeside restaurant is deeply committed to highlighting the producers behind its ingredients. Whether it’s beef, pork, poultry, vegetables, or quail eggs, great care is taken in highlighting the source. Don’t be misled by its name (“Boat House” in Swedish); there’s much more to discover here. The menu is guided by the seasons, vegetables take center stage in the spring and summer, while seafood and game – hunted by one of the owners himself – dominate as autumn arrives. The service is personal and attentive, with a genuine focus on ensuring that guests’ expectations are exceeded. And did we mention the view? It’s simply magical.
