Tradition meets innovation
For over 20 years, the restaurateurs Preben and Sofie Pedersen have run Tullhuset in the idyllic Hönö Klåva harbor, just over an hour’s drive from Gothenburg. While they proudly preserve tradition, they also embrace the growing responsibility for sustainability, especially crucial in running a seafood and shellfish restaurant. The menu is classic, naturally dominated by fish and shellfish, with some elements from the plant kingdom.
