Playful French neo-bistro

After eight years at Geist in Copenhagen, it’s easy to imagine that the duo Malte Sørensen and Jeppe Nørfelt wanted to do something completely different. And that’s exactly what they did! With their bistro Alf, they’ve taken a whole new direction. Here, the atmosphere is relaxed and casual. The love for French cuisine is evident, and so is the playfulness and the pursuit of new flavors and combinations. Sometimes it works delightfully, and sometimes it’s nothing short of genius. Like grilled peas with coconut pistachio cream and herb oil; what a highlight!
