Gastronomy points 2024
A friendly room with a view
As the name implies – lago means “lake” in Italian – this friendly, Copenhagen restaurant has a stunning view of the city’s lakes. The gastronomic focal point is the Mediterranean region; the menu offers plenty of customer friendly options such as oysters and risotto, paired with local ingredients where every part is utilized. Head chef Pelle Vedel Drews continues to pursue his ambition to provide a healthy, happy work environment for the staff, and judging by the general affability of the restaurant, he has succeeded once again.
