Forthuber

Out in the Innviertel countryside, in a former village inn beside a small church, Christoph and Doris Forthuber have created something rather special. His cooking draws on the region but looks well beyond it, with precise, flavour-packed dishes and the occasional international detour. Add Doris’s eye for wine, a grand chestnut tree and seven rooms nearby, and staying the night suddenly seems like a very good idea.
