New direction
Coin Coin began as a laid-back gathering spot envisioned by a group of friends. With the arrival of Pierre Lelièvre, formerly of Michelin-starred establishments, the culinary direction took on a more refined edge. In 2024, yet another chapter unfolded under chef Valentin Pouzet. Dishes arrive in their purest form, allowing the ingredients to take center stage—rustic, honest presentations. The menu is accompanied by a selection of natural wines, some funkier than others.
