At Castanea, an open and close relationship with producers and suppliers is at the core of everything. This restaurant has high ambitions, reflected in the dishes that leave the kitchen and the attentive front-of-house service. Though the restaurant opened in 2021, it’s only now that things are starting to fall into place. This is a journey we’re excited to follow closely.
