Equi Table has acted as a nurturing ground for some of the team at Ameo, and there are clear references in both aesthetics and flavor profiles. This is a refined, flavor-driven cooking style that allows each ingredient to shine. Low salt, beautiful textures, and creative flavor combinations. Both the kitchen and front-of-house staff seem to be on a journey you’d want to be part of. The artwork on the walls tries to carve out its own space; but if you ask us, the food, drinks, and service could easily stand on their own.
