Storytelling through food
PM & Vänner have managed to build a whole, constantly evolving ecosystem around themselves. Today, the small kingdom in a somewhat remote, Swedish town includes a bakery, a hotel, a bistro, a bar and a steadily growing flora of collaborations with sustainable companies and organizations. The wine list alone, conveyed by star sommelier Rubén Sanz Ramiro, is worth a visit, but the food is what makes you want to make the detour over and over again, it is a poetic and flavourful odyssey through the local waters and woodlands.
