The first thing you see when visiting Triton’s homepage is a guy stretching. This could be an example of the restaurant’s quirky “couldn’t care less”-attitude. Alternatively, it’s a poignant display of its ambition to be the best workplace in the industry, which includes health care allowance and other benefits rarely found at restaurants. Food is, however, no joking matter at Triton. The portions are generous, the flavours are finger-licking good, and the presentations are fuss-free in a way that ultimately feels rather liberating.
