Green and blue
The sea and sky frame this seasonal restaurant located at the northern tip of Jutland. Simply being here is an experience in itself! The restaurant’s environment feels minimalist, while the cooking is natural, vibrant, and deeply rooted in its surroundings. Respect for local producers is evident on the menu. Blink finds itself in a transitional phase as the farms they previously relied on have moved farther from the restaurant. However, this shift holds potential for something even greater. Plans are underway for new in-house gardens to grow herbs, flowers, leafy greens, berries, and an experimental plot for “nightshade plants” cultivated in seaweed.
