A tribute to the dairy farmer
In an abandoned old dairy on Österlen in southern Sweden, a new restaurant named Kalcium (Calcium) has emerged. Here, the menu offers not only dairy and animal products but also fish and plenty of seasonal vegetables. The interior feels simple, beautiful, and authentic, with second-hand furniture and details from the time when it was a dairy. The cooking is personal, creative, and flavor-driven, while the aesthetic is contemporary—rustic and pared-back.
