At the family-run farm Ragnerud, you are in close harmony with nature, where you can immerse yourself in the tranquility, scents, and sights of the surroundings. Here, you can hike, experience forest bathing, take a carving class, or settle down at the farm’s own restaurant, which wholeheartedly embraces the offerings of its environment. The menu is dictated by what’s currently growing, whether wild or sourced from neighboring farms. Wild plants, mushrooms, berries, game, and spruce shoots all feature prominently. Naturally, the dishes are both beautiful and delicious!
