In the quaint town of Ebeltoft, a stone’s throw from the sandy beach, lies Molskroen. This year, new head chef Rasmus Broholm has enhanced the restaurant’s ambitions in virtually every field. The staff’s working conditions have improved and the menu now consists of twelve small but perfectly formed dishes rooted in the French tradition, yet showcasing what the local farmers, fishermen and gatherers, along their own garden, have to offer for the time being.
