– At Formel B, we take a holistic approach to sustainability. We balance organic practices with cost, quality and environmental impact. By getting our ingredients from organic farms in the region, we can support local agriculture while reducing the carbon footprint from transports. Lastly, our menus are designed to reflect the seasons, allowing us to use fresh ingredients and reduce food waste.

Do you have any certifications to prove your commitment?

– Our focus extends beyond organic certification – we look at the larger picture, considering cost, quality and overall environmental impact to ensure responsible sourcing practices.
