Nearly seven centuries old, yet still looking south. The kitchen follows Salzburg’s old trade routes towards Friuli and Veneto, bringing Alpine produce together with Italian flavours. Much is made in-house — from pickles and ferments to smoked ingredients — while the wine cellar provides plenty of reasons to linger. History, but with an appetite for the present.
