Part natural-wine bar, part kitchen laboratory, Bruder is gloriously hard to pin down. Fermented, pickled and home-made things turn up both on the plates and behind the bar, with cooking and cocktails sharing the same playful, slightly anarchic spirit. Come for dinner, stay for the drinks, the night may well get interesting.
